The approach
My approach is rooted in the foundational principles of Hakomi, a mindfulness-based modality of assisted self-study. These principles include non-violence and non-forcing, respect for our innate capacity to heal and grow and an awareness of the connection between mind and body.
When a person is met with care and respect for their inherent wisdom, it creates an environment where honesty and vulnerability can emerge. When honesty and vulnerability are combined with mindful self-reflection, clarity and insight naturally arise. When that clarity and those insights are gently supported and integrated, they can lead to meaningful growth and lasting transformation.
How it works
We meet for 50-75 minutes as often as you decide. You bring your self and whatever is coming up. Together, we see what unfolds.
